How much does FlightPass cost? FlightPass is just $12.99 for a 90 day auto-recurring
membership. Or $19.99 for a non-recurring membership. Less than a HS65 servo. Less
than a prop for your 50cc plane. It's even less than a Higher Plane DVD! For this small fee
you get hours of event coverage in ultra clear HD! And now get a full year for only $39.99!
How do I pay for a FlightPass? We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What do I get when I buy FlightPass? Full access to the FlightPass video. You will
have access to all events while you are a FlightPass member.
How long does my FlightPass last? Your FlightPass is valid for 90 days from the date
of purchase, or one year for the annual membership.
Can I watch future events with this FlightPass? Yes! FlightPass members gain
access to all FlightPass Events.
Can I download FlightPass video files and save them to my computer? Yes.
Download is supported with a download button. Stream or download. Your choice.
What format will the films be posted in? The films will be posted in High Definition
QuickTime and sometimes we also post in standard definition wmv. QuickTIme films look
the best. QuickTime 7 is available free from Apple.com. The clarity of HD is one of the
things that makes our films unique.
How can I be sure that I will be able to play the files in the FlightPass system?
There are many free films posted on the site. Go to the free side of the FlightPass site and
test to be sure you can play our HD files on your computer.
Can I share my FlightPass v-ticket with my friends? No, you can not share your
FlightPass login and password with other users. The system will detect multiple
simultaneous logins of the same FlightPass and if detected the FlightPass will be disabled.
Of course you can host a "FlightPass party" and invite friends over to watch the films on
your computer, but you can not share your login and password.
Will my FlightPass v-ticket work on multiple computers that I own? Yes. The same
login and password can be used on different computers so long as those computers are
not connected simultaneously. You need to log out from your computer before attempting
an immediate login on another computer.
Why should I buy a Higher Plane FlightPass when I can watch other RC videos for
free? Watch any of our free films on the Higher Plane Productions web site and you will
see why. We work hard to insure that all of our films have a very high technical quality AND
entertainment value. Also, with most free video services there is no guarantee of
coverage. You don't know how many videos will post, what the quality will be or when they
will be available. With Higher Plane FlightPass you get over nine hours of HD quality video
from the TAS event.
Isn't $12.99 a lot of money to pay for a few RC videos? Heck no! ;-) There is hours
and hours of HD inside. Remember when cable TV first came out and it seemed odd to
PAY for something that was previously "free"? But we quickly went from three channels to
HUNDREDS of channels. And the signal was crystal clear, unaffected by weather. Once we
had cable, free TV became woefully inadequate by comparison. FlightPass is a similar step
into the future for RC enthusiasts. If you want quality RC entertainment in high definition
FlightPass is the ticket!
Which pilots will be filmed? We will be filming all of the pilots, then selecting what we
believe are the most representative flights of the day's events. We will focus on the pilots
that are at the top of the leader board, and unusual events (like great saves or mishaps),
and as many flights of lesser know pilots as time allows.
What if I buy FlightPass and can't get it to work or decide I don't like it? We offer a
30day 100% money back guarantee. Try FlightPass and if you don't like it we'll refund your
money. We will simply ask to know why you weren't satisfied so that we can correct any
problems or misunderstandings to better serve you and future FlightPass customers.
What if I have a question that is not answered here? Send us an email and include
"FlightPass Help" in the subject line. We will respond as soon as possible. If you have a
specific coverage request please send those as well with the subject "FlightPass Request."
